NIMCET 2023 results to be out soon at www.nimcet.in. Know the counselling process

National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur will soon announce the results of NIMCET 2023 or NIT MCA Common Entrance Test 2023, which is a Common Entrance National Level Test, conducted by a NITs for admission in to their MCA programme. The MCA programme at nine NITs is part of NIMCET 2023: Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal. The admission into the MCA programme for the year 2023-24 in these nine NITs will be based on the rank in NIMCET-2023 only.

Candidates can check the results at https://www.nimcet.in after the rank is published. Ranks awarded to candidates in NIMCET examination were considered by some other universities in previous years but NIMCET-2023 has no role in their admission process. For details, candidates should directly get in touch with the universities, NIMCET said.

NIMCET 2023 counselling process

After the result is published, all candidates eligible for counselling must register afresh for counselling and
admission process. Candidates have to use this link to register for counselling process: https://nimcet.admissions.nic.in for counselling. The registration and choice filling process will start from 29th June to 4th July by paying nonrefundable counselling fees of Rs 1000/. The candidate
can register for counselling only once.

The candidate is required to enter NIMCET Application Number, Name, Father’s/Mother’s/Guardian’s name and DOB and will be authenticated with the data provided by the candidate at the time of application. After successful authentication, candidate needs to choose a password to complete the remaining steps for registration. After successful registration, candidate will use the NIMCET Application Number and chosen password for subsequent logins.
