New Delhi: School learning solutions provider LEAD Group announced a leadership reshuffle as part of its Vision 2030 strategy, which aims to serve 10 million students across 25,000 schools and take the company public within the next five years.

Moiz Saif has been appointed chief financial officer to steer fiscal discipline and shape LEAD’s listing journey.

Deepak Hariharan has been elevated to chief business officer to expand school partnerships.


Prasad Narasimha joins as head of HR to drive talent strategy and organisational growth, while Ajay Kashyap, earlier chief product officer, takes on additional responsibility as chief product and technology officer.

“These appointments mark a pivotal moment in LEAD’s journey,” said Sumeet Mehta, chief executive and co-founder of LEAD Group, adding that the changes are aimed at fortifying leadership as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.
