Kolkata's Future Institute of Engineering and Management completes a decade of operations

KOLKATA: Kolkata's Future Institute of Engineering and Management, formed by core academicians and professionals from IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur and Jadavpur University, is completing a decade of operations. Future is a group with the vision of setting up quality management schools and technology institutes with teaching, research, consulting and training as the focus areas. Future is flexible about customising the training of its students as per industry needs. The integrated campus at Sonarpur (on the southern fringes of the city) includes the Future Business School, Future Corporate Ashrama, Future Institute of Engineering & Management and Future Campus School.

Incidentally, Dr Ghosh was part of the finance faculty of IIM Calcutta.

Since its inception, Future Institute of Engineering and Management has aimed focusing on three prime areas -- academic excellence, personal values and inculting a sense of social concern among its students.
