JIPMER to conduct entrance test for MBBS course on June 2

PUDUCHERRY: The centrally sponsored Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research here has scheduled to hold on June 2 the entrance test for admission to first MBBS course in the institute during 2013-2014 session.

The test will be held simultaneously that day in 14 centres across the country, including New Delhi, Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, Kolkata and Vijayawada.

An official source in JIPMER told PTI on Tuesday that as many as 69,390 candidates from different parts of the country will appear for the test.
