JEE advanced 2018 result announced, here's how to check
The result declared by the Indian institute of technology (IIT) Kanpur, was held on May 20, 2018. More than 1.5 lakh students appeared for the exam.
The JEE advanced exam was conducted on May 20, 2018 after the JEE mains results declared in April this year.
The result is declared by the Indian institute of technology (IIT) Kanpur. More than 1.5 lakh students appeared for the exam which was held in two parts ; paper 1 and paper 2.
Rorkee zone student, Pranav Goyal secured the Combined rank List (CRL) 1 while Meenal Parakh topped among the female candidates. Only candidates who appeared in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be considered for ranking.

This year a total of 11,279 seats have been offered at 23 different IITs. 800 supernumerary seats have been created this year for female candidates, with an eye on improving the gender balance in the IITs.
A total of 18,138 candidates have qualified JEE (Advanced) 2018.
