Indian School of Business offers 'diversity scholarships' worth Rs 2.5 crore

NEW DELHI: The Indian School of Business (ISB) today said it will offer scholarships for increasing student diversity in its incoming post graduate programme and has earmarked Rs 2.5 crore for the same.

The diversity scholarships at ISB are part of the school's total scholarship outlay of about Rs 8 crore, comprising both merit-based and need-based scholarships, ISB said in a statement.

The scholarships will be awarded to talented professionals from a broad spectrum of sectors and functions such as healthcare, media, government and hospitality among others.

The ISB awards scholarships to students selected on the basis of exceptional academic and professional performance as well as personal qualities such as leadership, integrity, and community service, the statement added.
