BENGALURU: The Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will host a talk on organisational sustainability on December 15, with Mukund Rajan, member of the group executive council at Tata Sons as part of its Leaderspeak series.

Organisational sustainability is a broad concept comprising complex dimensions that are necessary to ensure the thriving of an organisation, and depends on managing strategic sustainability, product and programme sustainability, personnel sustainability, financial sustainability, etc.

Rajan is a member of the group executive council at Tata Sons and is the Tata brand custodian and group spokesperson, besides serving as the chief ethics officer of the Tata Group and as chairman of the Tata Global Sustainability Council.

The Leaderspeak dialogue series, hosted by CCGC, is an engagement with the public on issues concerning governance, ethics, sustainability and responsible business, and the centre has hosted other talks to debate these issues within a contemporary context. The Centre is engaged in research, training, teaching and advocacy, in the field of governance, ethics, corporate social responsibility, and other components of business strategy that lead to long-term growth and sustainability.
