IIM-B to train senior bankers
IIM - Bangalore is launching a 30-day leadership programme for the management of nationalised banks.

Indian Institute of Management - Bangalore (IIM-B) has launched a programme for senior management of nationalised banks called Leadership Development programme. Starting this year, for the next three years, senior management personnel, will undergo 30 days of interventions, over a period of nine months, at IIM-B.
Faculty members including R Srinivasan, Chair, executive education programmes and G Ramesh, from the Public Policy area, are leading the programme. An initiative of the Banks Board Bureau, this collaborative attempt is supported by the Department of Financial Services (Ministry of Finance), Indian Banks’ Association (IBA), and knowledge partner – Egon Zehnder International Pvt. Ltd. IIM Bangalore was chosen among other management institutes to deliver the interventions, according to a release shared by the institute.
The programme will include exploration of self through Personal Growth Labs, outbound learning, wellness workshops, systematic coaching processes and motivational speaker sessions.
