IIM-A ties up with Duke Univ for MDP

The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A ) has launched yet another management development programme (MDP) together with Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A ) has launched yet another management development programme (MDP) together with Duke University���s Fuqua School of Business. The Global Leaders Programme is the second MDP that will run at the campuses of both the institutes and will begin in January. The programme aims at encompassing the leadership practices of both the developing and developed world and targets executives of companies that are moving to become global.

���With management increasingly becoming global, there is a need for leaders to learn the best practices of the two worlds to run their organisations smoothly . Thought leaders from IIM-A and Fuqua School of Business (Duke) will share their knowledge with the participants,��� said IIM-A faculty, Deepti Bhatnagar, who is co-ordinating the course from IIMA. She said around 20 executives were expected to participate at the programme.
