ICAI announces CA final, CPT result. Here is how you can check your result

Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the results of the CA final and foundation examinations, as well as the Common Proficiency Test (CPT) today. Jaipur's Atul Agarwal has topped the exam with 77.25 per cent in the CA CPT exam, while Surat's Prit Pritesh Shah topped the CA Final exam. Candidates can check their result on ICAI's official website icaiexam.icai.org. Alternatively candidates can also check their results on other websites -- caresults.icai.org and icai.nic.in. ICAI has also released the merit list for the CA Final and CPT exams. The exams for the CA final and foundation courses were held in May and June 2018.

Students can also get the result through SMS and email by registering on the ICAI website.

CA final toppers: Prit Pritesh Shah from Surat topped the examination with 542 marks. The second position was grabbed by Bengaluru's Abhishek Nagaraj (539 marks).


Toppers of Foundation Examination: Delhi's Swati has secured the first rank with a score of 332 marks (83%) , while Raipur's Ayush Agrawal secured the second rank with 331 marks (82.75%), and Swaleha Sajid from Haldwani has scored 327 marks (81.75%) to stand on third position.

In CPT exam, 23034 students have cleared the exam.

• Open ICAI official website: icai.org/
• Locate and click on the link "CA CPT result 2018"
• A new page will appear on your screen, enter your details -- Roll Number, PIN or Registration Number of CA CPT 2018 June exam and Captcha code and then click on 'login' button.
• Download your result and take a printout for future use
