Yesterday, in his 'Mann ki Baat' address to the nation Prime Minister Narendra Modi had urged the youth to go to ten families and small businessmen and teach them how to use mobile technology to carry out digital transactions which, he said, were "safe and secure."
Such drives should be carried out in schools, colleges, NCC and NSS, Modi had said, adding that the "youths are agents of change".
