EHL’s new Master’s in Hospitality Management brings advanced hospitality knowledge with real-world experience for success in this emerging era
EHL’s latest offering is Master of Science in Hospitality Management which is an internationally recognized degree aiming to educate the youth, young adults and seasoned professionals
A pioneer of education with its 130-year long history, EHL Hospitality Business School, founded as Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in 1893, has campuses in both Switzerland and Singapore. With a focus on catering to lifelong learning, curating differentiated education pathways for the youth, the young adults and seasoned professionals, EHL’s latest offering is its Master of Science in Hospitality Management which is an internationally recognized degree. Two academic routes are available to students to specialise their studies: F&B management, or hospitality finance, real estate and consulting. The next intake for this programme is this September and next February.

Studying at EHL also allows students to network with corporate leaders. The masters program has been designed in a way to allow innovative ideas to come forward, both from industry guest speakers and course participants. The bi-annual career fair sees over 140 companies come on campus to recruit young talents in addition to the attendance from high profile visitors, speakers and ambassadors. EHL also boasts of a brilliant faculty where half the professors hold a PhD degree, which includes industry guest speakers allowing for innovative ideas to be exchanged between them and the students.
Beyond the classroom, the EHL Lausanne campus houses demonstration kitchens, a Michelin-starred restaurant for training sessions, a garden and orchard where students can see how seasonal produce is planted and harvested, and the Peter Michael Wine Laboratory where wine tasting and studying can be experienced. The campus also offers a wide variety of state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor sport facilities.

While the structure and content of the course are tailor made to upskill individuals in their professional career, they are all rooted in their foundational learning philosophy of experiential learning, social learning contexts, leadership values, and an awareness and appreciation for lifelong learning.
