NEW DELHI: Delhi University's Campus of Open Learning (COL) has started a three-month professional course
Hospitality persona and lifestyle -- which can be pursued alongside the degree course.
Announcing the course jointly with UEI global school of Service Management, director of COL Savita Datta said, "These professional courses will be taken up by the student as a parallel sub-discipline while pursuing their degree level education. The idea is to give them employable graduation."
The classes which have already started over the weekend at Keshavapuram centre of COL will have 90-minute sessions, three times a week.
On successful completion of the course the students would be awarded a joint certificate by COL and UEI global school, an educational venture of a private investment company, a statement here said.
