Dr Ballal appointed to MAHE board

Manipal Hospitals chairman Dr Sudarshan Ballal has been appointed to the board of management of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), a private university based out of Karnataka.

University Chancellor Ramdas M Pai announced the appointment of Dr Ballal as his nominee on the board.

The veteran nephrologist is an alumnus of MAHE, where he also is the adjunct professor of medicine. He is also a visiting professor of medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine USA.


Chancellor Pai said he was happy to have Dr Ballal on Board as his nominee, and would look forward to his support and guidance in at the university.
