Careers360 acquires enrolment management platform NoPaperForms.com

BENGALURU: Careers360, the education arm of Pathfinder Publishing, has acquired Mumbai Angels Funded NoPaperForms.com, an enrolment management platform, for an undisclosed sum.

"NoPaperForms acquisition will help Careers360 augment and strengthen its B2B clientele offering and help institutes spend smartly on digital media. We plan to build strong analytics engine on top of the enrolment platform to help institutes spend money judiciously," said Naveen Goyal, Director and CSO of Careers360.

Currently, NoPaperForms has around 30+ clients. With the recent acquisition Careers360 hopes to achieve at least 100+ colleges in the next academic year.

"Less than five years ago, the concept of running admissions online was considered untested and infeasible. Fastforward today, you can see the market has matured with hundreds of institutions embracing the internet," said Vishal Shah, founder and former CEO of NoPaperForms.
