Bennett University to organize global webinar on Constitutional and legal challenges on June 12; HRD minister to give inaugural address

Bennett University from The Times of India Group, is organizing a global webinar on Friday, June 12th, 4pm onwards on Constitutional and legal challenges facing India in the backdrop of the COVID-19 crises. Chief guest, Human Resource Development minister Ramesh Pokhriyal “Nishank”, will deliver the inaugural address, while there will be a special address by former Chief Justice of India and Rajya Sabha MP, Justice Ranjan Gogoi. Leading legal luminaries Harish Salve, Mukul Rohatgi and Gopala Subramanium will also deliver keynote addresses in various sessions.

The Zoom webinar titled, “Covid-19: Constitutional & Legal Challenges”, is being organized by Bennett University’s School of Law and will also feature a host of other speakers across diverse fields of legal practice, governance and academics on themes ranging from Constitutional governance, cooperative federalism and justice delivery in the backdrop of COVID19 to business related issues of Force Majeure and corporate finance in the recoupment phase.
