Axis Bank launches women's leadership course at ISB

MUMBAI: Axis Bank has launched a leadership programme at the Hyderabad-based Indian School of Business ( ISB) to build a diversified leadership talent pipeline within the bank.

'We lead: Axis Bank-ISB women leadership programme,' is the first such attempt in the country to be run in partnership with the top management institute, the private lender said in a statement here today.

"With this, the bank aims at recruiting women students pursuing the PG programme at ISB into banking," the statement added.
