Aptech to wind up Bangladesh arm

KOLKATA: Mumbai-based education/training company Aptech informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday that the management is under the process of winding up of Aptech (WOS) Bangladesh, a subsidiary of the company.

Pramod Khera, CEO & MD, Aptech Ltd, could not be reached for comment. However, a company source said, “We are in the process of winding up our subsidiary in Bangladesh, since we are looking at monitoring the Bangladesh operations directly from India. The need for continuing a Bangladesh subsidiary is not felt.”
