Synergy, HSSI join hands to provide project management services

MUMBAI: Global project management consultant Synergy Property Development Services today said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Malaysia-based HSSI to collaborate on real estate and infrastructure development projects in Malaysia, South East and Far East Asia.

The two companies will collaborate on services for a range of projects, including commercial buildings, residential spaces, hotels, hospitals, large infrastructure projects like seaports, airports, highways, power stations, etc.

"With HSSI, one of the leading engineering consultancy firm, we will now be able to partner in creating global structures of value. The collaborated effort will provide top-notch project management, design consultancy and technical services," Synergy Chairman and Managing Director Sankey Prasad said in a statement.

Synergy currently has over 900 employees across 10 countries. It has delivered over 130 million sq ft of property development across India and overseas.

HSSI Chief Executive Officer Dato Ir B Nitchiananthan said, "In South East Asia and the Far East, there is considerable activity in terms of infrastructure and real estate development. This calls for international expertise and resources. Synergy brings on board world class project management offerings which will give the partnership a competitive edge."
