Renuka Ramnath joins Institutional Investor Advisory Services India board

Ramnath said, "India’s growth over the next few years will depend on its ability to attract overseas investments, for which Corporate India will need to strengthen its governance standards."

MUMBAI: Institutional Investor Advisory Services India (IiAS) announced today that Renuka Ramnath has joined the company's Board of Directors.

Renuka Ramnath founded Multiples Alternate Asset Management (Multiples) in 2009. Multiples is an investment advisory firm that manages more than USD 400 million of private equity funds.

Prior to this, she served as ICICI Ventures’ MD and CEO for over a decade, during which she was instrumental in developing the private equity market in India and leading ICICI Ventures to become India’s largest private equity fund.

Renuka Ramnath said, "India’s growth over the next few years will depend on its ability to attract overseas investments, for which Corporate India will need to strengthen its governance standards."
