Rajan Srikanth joins Mercer as Asia head

NEW DELHI: Rajan Srikanth has joined Mercer Human Resource Consulting as its head for Asia region. Based in Chennai he will also lead Mercer’s Human Capital Advisory Services in Asia.

He has been roped in from Accenture, where he was executive partner and global head for the firm’s organisational change strategy practice. At Mercer he will report to M Michele Burns, the global CEO of Mercer, and to Greg Cornish, global leader of Human Capital Advisory Services at Mercer.

Before Accenture, Mr Srikanth was based in San Francisco as a partner with Mercer Delta Consulting. He has also been a consultant with a unit of KPMG Peat Marwick and with Bain & Company. In the past he has also served as an assistant professor at the Walter A. Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
