PFC looking for global partner for consultancy arm

NEW DELHI: State-run Power Finance Corp is looking for an international partner for its subsidiary PFC Consulting with a view to expanding operations in the SAARC region, a top company official said today.

"We are looking for a minority partner for our consultancy arm (PFC Consulting) and after we finalise the global firm ... we would list PFC Consulting," PFC Chairman and Managing Director Satnam Singh told reporters here.

"We want to expand to SAARC countries ... the partner would help us do that," Singh said adding that it is the only way to expand.
