Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, UBS pick up stakes in ICSA
UBS Securities Asia, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley have picked up 3.47 per cent, 3.32 per cent and 1.83 per cent respectively in the company.
UBS Securities Asia, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley have picked up 3.47 per cent, 3.32 per cent and 1.83 per cent respectively in the company, a company press release issued here today said.
While UBS has picked up 2,80,665 shares, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley have picked up 2,68,540 shares and 1,48,292 shares, respectively.
"It is our privilege to get associated with international investment companies such as these. This reasserts the confidence of investors in the long-term growth of ICSA," company's Chairman and Managing Director G Bala Reddy said.
The move would help the company, which provides technology solutions for power, oil, water and gas sectors, build further on its strengths.
"There is immense scope for embedded software products that provide solutions for power and gas supply networks," he said.
Earlier this year, global investment banking major Goldman Sachs invested $46 million through FCCBs, apart from acquiring 3,50,000 convertible warrants.
The company has an order book of around Rs 1,000 crore.
