K Pandia Rajan & Latha Rajan, founders of Ma Foi re-enter HR services business

MUMBAI: Husband and wife duo K Pandia Rajan and Latha Rajan, founders of Ma Foi, have made a re-entry into the HR services business with the launch of CIEL HR Services, a next-generation HR services company headquartered in Bangalore.

Other founding team members include director & CEO, Aditya Narayan Mishra who was till recently president (staffing) at Randstad India and director & COO, Santosh Nair.

"With CIEL we want to rediscover and define new meanings in HR, especially using the power of analytics. All our offerings in staffing, search and selection will be driven by data-based insights using new sciences to find the best talent," said K Pandia Rajan, chairman of CIEL HR Services in a release.

CIEL is starting operations in four cities: Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Baroda and will soon launch offices in Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata and Pune.

"We see employer organisations wanting a different talent acquisition solution, which understands their context and also deliver on time. With analytics we believe we can increase the conversion rate to above 70%, which will tremendously improve productivity of the recruiter," said Aditya Narayan Mishra, CEO of CIEL HR Services
