India's Avalon Consulting sets up Asia Pacific office

SINGAPORE: A leading Indian management consultancy and analytics group, Avalon Consulting, has set up an office here to serve clients in the Asia Pacific.

The Singapore office, its first outside India, is a joint venture with Apex Advisors Pte Ltd, owned by business veteran Girija Pande, the former Chairman of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in the Asia-Pacific Region for more than three decades.

"Asia will continue to be the big growth story over the next decade," said Mumbai-based Raj Nair, the Chairman of Avalon Consulting.

"Everyone wants to be in Asia and which location can be better than Singapore to serve the Asian market."

"Management Consultancy is a business that involves building long term relationships and trust with major clients and you can't get a better partner than Girija who has spent more than three decades building relationships in the region," said Nair.
