Genpact elevates Piyush Mehta, CHRO, to India country manager

The appointment is part of the company’s pivot to an AI-first organisation, according to Genpact. Mehta will continue to lead the company's HR function globally.
In 2023, Genpact opened new centres in tier 3 cities of Madurai, Jodhpur, and Warangal to grow its talent base and footprint.
“India remains a strategic talent market for us, and we believe people are the greatest assets for us and our clients,” said B.K. Kalra, president and CEO, Genpact.
“Piyush has a successful track record of building and growing our talent ecosystem over the last 25 years. His experience will be invaluable as we strengthen our foundation in India," Kalra added.
In his expanded role, Mehta will be responsible for driving the company's AI-first strategy, driving value for key India stakeholders.
