With a presence in both the US and India, Genleap AI is keen on tapping into India's rapidly growing wealth sector. We plans to use money raised from the pre-IPO placement on expansion, the company said in a statement.
By the end of August, Genleap AI plans to file its prospectus with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, it said.
