Full-service law firm Khaitan & Co opens office in GIFT City at Gandhinagar

Full-service law firm Khaitan & Co has opened a new office in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), marking its entry into the country’s premier International Financial Services Centre (IFSC).

This follows the firm’s 2024 launch of its Ahmedabad office and highlights its strategy to expand in Gujarat, now a centre for industrial growth and cross-border financial activity.

Siddharth Shah, Senior Partner, added that GIFT City’s distinct regulatory framework and rising global participation have created opportunities in areas such as global capability centres, treasury hubs, family office structuring and international debt capital markets.
