EY announces free MBA programme for all employees

New Delhi: EY, a leading professional services firm has launched EY Tech MBA for all its employees worldwide including those in India, in collaboration with Hult International Business School in the US. The degree is offered completely free of charge to all people, irrespective of tenure or position, according to the company release.

“The EY Tech MBA with Hult, is more future-focused than most MBAs with a flexible curriculum, from leadership skills to the latest emerging and disruptive technologies. This offers all EY people the opportunity to develop both the technological skillsets and business mindsets they will need to continue to provide exceptional client service and thrive in tomorrow’s workplace,” said Sandeep Kohli, Partner and Talent Leader at EY.

Employees studying for this MBA will be able to build their own personal curriculum from subject areas ranging from artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and robotic process automation (RPA) to employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and sustainable business practices. Candidates will earn their degree based on a combination of 16 EY Badges spanning three pillars — Technology, Leadership and Business — followed by the completion of three pillar insight papers and a final project.
