Consultancy firm Solving Efeso acquires Q-Spread

Financial details, however, were not disclosed. In India, the focus would be on serving clients in the manufacturing, retail and process industries.
On the acquisition, Solving Efeso Chairman and CEO Filippo Mantegazza said it was a "logical step to the partnership we had with Q-spread in the past year to serve our international clients in the region".
Q-Spread founder Rajinder Singh would be the Vice President and Country Manager of Solving Efeso in India.
Currently, Solving Efeso operates from 25 offices worldwide and had revenues of over 55 million euros in 2011.
