TBWA launches one-to-one arm in India

Tequila India is being launched simultaneously in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi.

MUMBAI: Tequila, the 20-year-old CRM, direct marketing and digital services brand of global advertising agency TBWA\Worldwide, has been officially launched in India. According to George John, CEO, TBWA\India, the focus in marketing
communications has shifted to below-the-line (BTL) and integrated services, and most specialised marketing services companies in India are growing at 30% to 50% per annum. “With a wide range of prestigious clients from all
streams, Tequila is poised for a strong growth in India,” he said.

Tequila India is being launched simultaneously in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi, and will be headed by Awanish Kumar, who brings over 12 years of experience in marketing services, having worked with agencies like Solutions Integrated Marketing Services and Euro RSCG India.
