Preet Bedi joins Percept Picture Company as CEO
Preet Bedi, former president Rediffusion DYR, has joined Percept Picture Company as CEO.

MUMBAI: Preet Bedi, former president Rediffusion DYR, has joined Percept Picture Company as CEO.
“I had a couple of options, but wanted to move out of advertising and into something much more happening in the entertainment space. I have spent 15 to 20 years in advertising, which is a more mature industry with little upside,” Mr Bedi told ET.
Mr Bedi has also worked at Lowe India, and did a short stint at TBWA before moving to Rediffusion. At Percept, he will initially work on building the brand in the film and television space in India and overseas.
“Percept has now reached a fair size and has 15-odd films to its credit. We would look at taking it to a global scale now as top companies in India are interested in this space and audiences abroad want to see more entertainment from India,” Mr Bedi added.
