Mindshare's Machiah heads for WSG
Group M’s Mindshare general manager MK Machiah has decided to call it quits. Mr Machiah is set to join the World Sport Group (WSG), the sport marketing company, as the head of its cricket business.

MUMBAI: Group M���s Mindshare general manager MK Machiah has decided to call it quits. Mr Machiah is set to join the World Sport Group (WSG), the sport marketing company, as the head of its cricket business. Mr Machiah was in charge of the PepsiCo business at Mindshare.
Mr Machiah said: ���Mindshare has been a fabulous place to work and professionally, the stint has helped me scale up my portfolio. I have always been very keen on the business of sports and the offer from WSG will help me pursue my passion and ambition.��� Mr Machiah has the mandate to expand the cricket business, apart from handling BCCI���s ground sponsorship for WSG. With 11 years of experience, prior to Mindshare, he was at Optimum Media Solutions.
He has also worked with several leading media-buying agencies such as Dentsu, McCann and Madison.
