McCann may walk away with two Lions

Buzz is the McCann’s happy dent ad has won two film lions - a silver and a bronze - with code red's film for the eye bank association bagging a lion bronze.

Even though the official announcements on Film Lions id due only this evening, Saturday, June 23, the buzz is that India has bagged three Film Lions--one silver for McCann's Happy dent and two bronze, one for Happydent in best use of music and another for Code Red's film for the Eye Bank Association.

With this, India looks to end Cannes Lions 2007 with 12 gongs (1 promo, Lion, four silver and seven bronze) drawing parity with last year's record tally of 12 Lions, though its' a different matter that India had won four golds last year, compared to just one Promo Lion (JWT)--which is equivalent to a gold in the Cannes point rating system--this year.
