The second edition of India’s only marketing festival will be held on 19th and 20th February at The Leela Ambience in Gurgaon and will present a galaxy of speakers from across India and the world, offering something to every member of the marketing fraternity – ranging from heads of marketing to the youngest management trainees.
Last year, W Chan Kim’s Blue Ocean Strategy and Roger Fisk’s Activation of Individuals were among the themes that captivated attendees at the star-studded event.
This year’s Star FLOW, has an extensive line up of experts and seminars for a freeflowing exchange of ideas, views and insights and organisers promise a treat for the marketing fraternity of the country.

Star FLOW, in its second year, remains committed to its objective of being a forum for learning and for connecting practising professionals with issues and aspects pertaining to core marketing in all its dimensions, moving beyond superficial elements, according to the organisers.
Understanding the diverse needs of marketers and the dynamic environment they operate in, the festival has content to fit varied scenarios, industries and sectors. From critical consumer insights to how marketers will need to transform their own mindset, from state-of-the-art technological tools to transformative ideas that can shape the future, and from behavioural insights to creativity-inspiring conversations, Star FLOW will have it all.
Insightful is also the best way to describe the session which Patrick Renvoise, co-founder & chief persuasion officer, SalesBrain, will take – on ‘Is there a Buy Button inside our Brain?’. While marketing super-computers and multi-million software solutions to some of the world’s most brilliant scientists at NASA, Shell, Boeing and Airbus among other companies, he started to investigate a scientific model to explain how humans use their brain to make buying decisions. The audience at Star FLOW will enjoy the fruits of Renvoise’s research.
The audience could also look forward to a session on ‘The impact of consumer biases’ by celebrated author and behavioural science expert Richard Shotton. On top of that, Nir Eyal, author of the best-selling ‘Hooked’ book will hold a session on ‘The Prophet of Habit-Forming Technology.’ This powerful mix of speakers will encourage marketers to look at New Age Ideas.
The festival will also enable participants to get an opportunity for hands-on learning, with a set of workshops on exciting themes such as Persuasion in Marketing (Neuromarketing), Applying Behavioural Science, Blockchain & Marketing, Rural Marketing, Design Thinking and Neuromeasurement, to name a few of the learning experiences available. So, if you are a marketer, make sure to be part of the Star FLOW action.
