Brand wizard knows 'em all

BANGALORE: Brand ambassadors move aside, you have competition from Vansh Jain — a child of 2 years and 9 months who can recognise nearly 75 brands!

So look a little closely into the childish prattle and you will recognise Yamaha, Maruti Suzuki and IBM — brands that Vansh recognises with great ease. His eyes light up as he sees his favourite logo- Shhoda-Vansh’s version of Skoda.

Vansh has been recognising logos for a year now. He still does not understand alphabets and nursery rhymes are still incomprehensible for the kid, yet the moment he sights logos on paper or the computer screen, Vansh is at his best!

The first logo he recognised was Airtel. “We received a courier from Airtel and couldn’t believe it when Vansh recognised the logo,” says Rohit Jain, Vansh’s father, who has his own software company.

Vansh’s parents, Rohit and Ridhi Jain claim that they have never tutored the kid on recognising logos. “He is an inquisitive child and the colours of various logos have always aroused his curiosity. We just answer his questions when he points out to a brand,“ says Ridhi Jain, a Montessori teacher and Vansh’s mother.
