GOA: Day 3 at Goafest 2016 saw global speakers, more crowds than before, with even a few non-delegates attempting to crash the show and, unfortunately, yet another bloated and overlong award ceremony. It’s triumphs included winning Young Abby which will send the team to Cannes.

It was also apolarising film with a few quibbles still heard about its apparent similarity to the multiple award winning Wind commercial for Epuron from a few years ago and others who believed it to be entertaining, but not particularly groundbreaking. Of the speeches, Fergus O’Hare of Facebook evoked the most interest and fear. Isobar’s Jean Lin’s presentation was interesting enough to keep the audience engaged.
