New Delhi: Prozeal Green Energy has signed an agreement to hand over a 100-megawatt solar project to a European entity in a Rs 460 crore deal.

The proposed transaction remains subject to necessary approvals, Prozeal Green Energy said in a statement.

The company said it has entered into a framework agreement with a European IPP (independent power producer) regarding the proposed divestment of a 100 MW solar project in Gujarat at a transaction value of about Rs 4,600 million (Rs 460 crore).


The project is currently scheduled to become operational in 2027.

Manan Thakkar, co-founder and Managing Director of Prozeal Green Energy, said there is growing demand in the Indian commercial and industrial sector for renewable energy solutions, and this partnership is structured to address those requirements.
