Ola extends Rs 1.1 lakh offer on S1 Air to all

Ola Electric's S1 Air will be available for Rs 1.1 lakh for all from tonight.

Initially, the S1 Air was available for Rs 1,09,999 for the Ola community and reservers who booked the S1 Air before July 28. For all other customers, the new electric scooter was to be made available on July 31 at a revised price of Rs 1,19,999.


However, Ola CEO and founder, Bhavish Aggarwal, said that in view of the demand, the company has decided to make the S1 Air available for all at Rs 1.1 lakh.

"S1 Air demand has crossed our expectations. Many asking us to open the Rs 1.1 lakh offer to all beyond reservers. We’ll extend the offer to ALL tonight 8pm onwards till 15th August 12pm. All our stores will be open till midnight tonight. Crazy demand, buy fast for early delivery!," he tweeted.

The Ola S1 Air comes with cutting-edge technology and design elements inherited from its predecessors, the S1 and S1 Pro.

Ola has positioned it as an affordable electric two-wheeler which offers a 3 kWh battery capacity, a certified range of 125 km, and a top speed of 90 km/hr.

Ola had recently launched its 750th EC and has plans to further expand to 1,000 centres by August. These centers offer customers a wide range of services at one convenient location, with 90 per cent of Ola’s customers residing within 20 kilometers of an Ola Experience Center.
