We have created a platform for easy ownership, making our EVs more accessible than ever," said Satinder Singh Bajwa, Chief Commercial Officer of JSW MG Motor.
Previously, the battery rental model was implemented with the launch of the Windsor electric SUV, which has an entry price of Rs 10 lakh and a running cost of Rs 3.5 per km. The Comet EV has a range of 230 km on a single charge.
The company said that the BaaS "is an optional Ownership model" that allows customers to choose between buying an MG EV on Ex Showroom price or through BaaS / Subscription.
