India will discuss the European Union's import levy on high carbon goods in the next round of talks for a free trade agreement with the bloc, India's trade ministry said on Wednesday.

Talks will be held over Sept. 23-27 during which topics including the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism will be discussed, the ministry said in a briefing.
