Gujarat-based Trom Industries registers nearly 100% rise in sales, profit in H1
Trom Industries, a Gujarat-based renewable energy company, reported increase in net sales for the first half of the fiscal year. The company's net sales reached Rs 46.24 crore, marking a near 100% rise compared to the same period last year.
"TROM continues to deliver profitable growth by capitalizing on optimism in the market and improved consumer demand. This remarkable growth underscores the increasing market acceptance of our innovative products and services, reflecting our commitment to excellence and our strategic expansion in the rapidly evolving solar market. Recently, the company was awarded solar project contracts worth Rs 33 crore from Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) and Corona Remedies. Our focused approach has driven this growth, and our cost-conscious strategies have contributed to yet another record quarter of profitability," said Jignesh Patel, Managing Director of Trom Industries.
The company has also recently secured a work order worth Rs 33 crore from GMRC for a period of 5 years. With an order value exceeding Rs 20.70 crore, the supply for this project will be completed within the current financial year in a phased manner. Additionally, Trom Industries has received a purchase order from Corona Remedies for the installation of a grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV plant.
Trom Industries was listed on the NSE SME platform in August this year.
