Godrej Security sets up first experience zone in city

Godrej Security Solutions, part of the USD 4.1 billion Godrej Group, today set up the country's first Home Security Experience Zone here, which would provide a range of solutions to customers under one roof.

The store offers customers an opportunity to experience home security solutions and engage with experts before taking a decision.

The Experience Zone has electronic home security solutions, home safes, wi-fi-based home security solutions, fire resistant and commercial safes.


"Chennai is a growing market with a strong appetite for technology innovations in the space of smart homes. India's first Home Security Experience Zone in Chennai will pave the way for the trend of experiential purchase in the country," Godrej Security Solutions, Vice-President, Mehernosh Pithawalla said.

Consumers would be able to find all solutions under one roof at the store, he said, adding they would also be able to engage with experts to understand the solutions for their needs.

The company has also embarked on a high growth strategy in the Southern market and was targeting a 25 per cent revenue growth year-on-year, he said.

Godrej Security Solutions besides serving domestic market also ships to over 45 countries including Middle East, East Africa, United States and Europe.
