Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. has secured exclusive rights to the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) for a 12-month cycle, bringing 20 tournaments to its linear sports bouquet Unite8 Sports and digital platform Zee 5.

The partnership will offer up to 120 hours of live golf coverage, along with dedicated programming from each event, as Zee looks to broaden its premium sports portfolio and bring professional golf closer to audiences across the country.

The move marks another step in Zee’s strategy to diversify its sports offerings, following its acquisition of marquee football properties, including the FIFA Men’s World Cup 2026, Bundesliga and Serie A, as well as the IL T20.

Spearheaded by former India cricket captain Kapil Dev, PGTI features several prominent Indian golfers, including Yuvraj Singh Sandhu, the 2025 PGTI Order of Merit champion and record-holder for the most victories in a single PGTI season; Veer Ahlawat, the 2024 Order of Merit champion and Hero Indian Open runner-up; former India No. 1 amateur Shaurya Bhattacharya; and multiple-time PGTI winner Angad Cheema.
