Warner Music India signs exclusive global distribution agreement with Ultra Music India

Warner Music India has entered into a strategic partnership with Ultra Music, establishing an exclusive worldwide distribution deal that will see Warner take over the global distribution of Ultra’s catalogue and future releases.

Under the agreement, Warner Music India will distribute Ultra Music’s catalogue of more than 14,000 tracks across digital platforms globally. The repertoire spans Bollywood film soundtracks alongside an extensive collection of regional, folk and devotional music. The deal also includes exclusive distribution rights for all new releases from Ultra Music for the duration of the partnership.

Through Warner Music’s global distribution infrastructure, the collaboration aims to expand the international reach of Ultra Music’s catalogue while strengthening its presence across key digital streaming and licensing platforms.
