Mumbai: The EPIC Company, formerly IN10 Media Network, has consolidated its television, digital, and content businesses under a unified brand identity, EPIC, in a move aimed at simplifying operations and scaling its content ecosystem.

The restructuring brings all its channels, digital platform, and content IPs under a single master brand, aligning diverse verticals within a cohesive framework spanning television, OTT, and films.

As part of the transition, EPIC will now operate as EPIC TV, while Nazara has been rebranded as EPIC भारत and Filamchi as EPIC भोजपुरी. Gubbare will be known as EPIC Kids, ShowBox as EPIC Music, and Ishara will continue as EPIC परिवार.

The consolidation also extends to its OTT platform, EPICON, which has been refreshed to align with the new brand architecture. The company said the move will improve content discovery for viewers and enable greater integration across platforms, while retaining the individual identity of each channel.

“Over the years, we have built strong, category defining brands across television, digital, and content platforms each with a distinct voice and loyal audience. As our scale has grown, it has become important to simplify how we operate and how we present ourselves to the ecosystem,” said Aditya Pittie, managing director, The EPIC Company.

“This consolidation gives us a clearer, more future-ready structure to partner, invest, and build at scale, while ensuring that for viewers, the experience is more seamless, familiar, and intuitive. EPIC is designed to be a unified storytelling universe one that supports creators, enables partners, and ultimately delivers richer, more consistent content experiences for audiences.”

The move follows the recent launch of EPIC Studio, the company’s unified production arm that brings together Juggernaut Productions and MovieVerse Studio, as it looks to expand its presence across films, OTT, and television.

The company is positioning itself as a platform-agnostic content network, with an integrated approach to creation and distribution across formats.

Its channel portfolio continues to span multiple segments, including Hindi infotainment (EPIC TV), general entertainment (EPIC परिवार, EPIC भारत), regional cinema (EPIC भोजपुरी), kids programming (EPIC Kids), and music (EPIC Music). Its digital platform, EPICON, offers multi-format content including video, audio, games, and live streaming across devices globally.

The consolidation comes amid increasing fragmentation in the media and entertainment sector, as companies look to streamline brand architecture and build scale across platforms.
