As part of the restructuring, Vivek Krishnani will lead the films division as chief executive officer of EPIC Studio (Films), while Samar Khan will head the OTT and television vertical as chief executive officer of EPIC Studio (OTT and Television). “This is not just an integration of verticals, but the creation of a collaborative environment where writers, filmmakers, creators and brand partners can seamlessly develop and scale stories across formats and screens,” Pittie added.

The studio will focus on developing content for both theatrical and streaming platforms while expanding its regional footprint beyond Hindi films. According to Krishnani, the company has already expanded its presence into Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati and Malayalam cinema.

“We are building an audience focused mainstream film studio committed to delivering fresh and engaging stories for both theatrical and streaming platforms,” Krishnani said.
