The offer is available to Tata Play Binge subscribers from August 17, with a subsequent rollout on the Tata Play Mobile App. Subscribers who are new to Spotify Premium can redeem the offer through a promotional code on Tata Play’s platforms.
Once activated, Spotify Premium Standard can be accessed across compatible devices and includes ad-free listening, offline downloads and unlimited skips. The service provides access to more than 100 million songs and over 7 million podcast titles, according to the companies.

“By combining our strengths, we are making it easier for customers across India to access a richer and more personalised audio entertainment experience, while enabling both brands to expand their reach and engagement,” said Pallavi Puri, Tata Play’s chief commercial and content officer.
Rami Jamal, partnerships head, Spotify, South Asia, Middle East and Africa, said the partnership would bring Spotify Premium to Tata Play’s subscriber base, adding that the service offers ad-free listening, high-quality audio and a personalised listening experience.
Tata Play said the partnership complements its existing television and OTT aggregation services. The company operates in the DTH and content distribution segments, offering both Pay TV and OTT services.
