Prime Video adds Moviesphere+ as latest Hollywood-focused add-on at Rs 399 a year

The addition brings titles such as The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, Borderlands, P.S. I Love You, Juno, Prisoners, The Princess Bride, and Jackie Brown to Prime Video customers. Subscribers will also get access to acclaimed TV series including Mad Men, Weeds, Black Sails, Anger Management, and the latest season of The Rookie.
Gaurav Bhasin, head of marketplace for add-on subscriptions and movie rentals, and Prime Video Ads India, said Moviesphere+ strengthens the platform’s role as a distribution hub for global streamers.
“Prime Video’s add-on subscriptions have become a powerful launchpad for international streaming services and studios to reach audiences across India,” he said. “With this collaboration, Moviesphere+’s robust repertoire of Hollywood content will enhance our entertainment experience and broaden the range of global stories available to Indian audiences.”
Prime Video now offers access to more than 30 OTT services through its add-on marketplace. Customers can manage all subscriptions within Prime Video’s app and website, avoid multiple logins and billing cycles, maintain a unified watchlist and downloads folder, and receive consolidated recommendations across services.
