Netflix's Los Gatos Production Services India doubles profit in FY25

Los Gatos Production Services India LLP, the production and content services hub for Netflix Global, posted robust earnings in the last fiscal year, underscoring the US streaming giant's continued expansion in international content operations.

The company recorded a revenue of ₹4,207 crore for the year ended March 31, a 12% rise from ₹3,745 crore in FY24. Net profit nearly doubled to ₹181 crore from ₹91 crore. The company remained debt-free during the year thanks to ₹5,700 crore in partner contribution commitments.

Total income rose 12% to Rs 4,250 crore from Rs 3,785 crore. Total expenditure jumped 9% to Rs 3969 crore from Rs 3645 crore.


Los Gatos serves a specific function within Netflix's India structure. While Netflix Entertainment Services India LLP manages the streaming business, Los Gatos Production Services focuses solely on content operations for Netflix, primarily through service exports.

In FY25, the LLP's cash and cash equivalents decreased 22% to ₹817 crore. Trade receivables rose 20% to ₹696 crore, while inventories grew 12% to ₹3,080 crore.

The LLP reported an 11% rise to ₹3,823 crore on production service purchases for resale during FY25.

Personnel costs rose 8.3% to ₹39 crore as Netflix continued to invest in local talent and production capabilities.

As previously reported, Netflix Entertainment Services India saw a 63% rise in net profit to ₹85 crore, alongside a 32% revenue increase to ₹3,769 crore in FY25. Netflix India LLP, which recognises subscription revenue from customers, operates as the customer-facing business.
